  • Facebook Page and Post Insights (reach, impressions, engagement)

Information Obtained from YouTube via YouTube API Services:

When you connect a YouTube channel, the App accesses, collects, and stores the following user information ("API Data") through YouTube API Services in order to provide its scheduling, publishing, analytics, and comment-management features:

  • OAuth tokens related to your YouTube/Google account (access and refresh tokens), stored encrypted at rest
  • Video metadata you upload or schedule through the App (title, description, tags, category, thumbnails, privacy status, schedule time, and playlist assignments)
  • Existing video metadata for videos in your channel, used to display your library and analytics
  • Video and channel analytics returned by the YouTube Analytics API (views, likes, comments, watch time, subscribers, and related engagement metrics) — displayed as provided by YouTube without independent recalculation
  • Comments on your videos and your replies / moderation actions, to the extent comment management features are used

We do not access, collect, or store data from videos or channels that you do not own or manage, and we do not scrape YouTube data outside of YouTube API Services.
